    1988年以来，以平阴镇城西洼涝洼综合开发治理为契机，平阴县掀起了涝洼治理
高潮， 挖池塘、筑台田、架电修路、建桥通渠，全县5处涝洼全部得到有效治理，水
产养殖面积增加，单产产量逐年提高，养殖方式向鱼粮、鱼草、鱼菜、鱼畜综合、立
体的生态养殖方式发展，养殖品种更加注重名、特、优、新的引进和产品质量的提高，
生产经营进一步多元化。渔政管理得到加强，但渔业环境污染亦日趋严重。
