制宣传，全县参加"九法一条例"（《宪法》、《刑法》、《婚烟法》、《民法通则》、
《刑事诉讼法》、《民事诉讼法》、《继承法》、《土地管理法》、《经济合同法》
和《治安管理处罚条例》 ） 学习的有241087人次， 完成学习任务的有210783人次，
占学习人数的87.4%。
