    县人民检察院1955年8月起开展刑事检察。 1978年10月～1987年底，受理公安机
关提请逮捕的各类刑事案件576起、 701人，经审查，决定批准逮捕607人，不批准逮
捕94人。受理公安机关移送起诉的案件533起、744人，经审查，决定提起公诉482起、
645人，免予起诉79人，不起诉20人。
