    1939年6月～1951年， 长清县抗日民主政府、县民主政府和县人民政府均设民政科，
负责人 事工作。 1951年9月，人事工作从民政科分出，建立县人事科。1962年6月，县人
事科改称县人 事监察局， 1967年2月被撤销。1972年2月，县革委设政治部。1975年11月，
建立县革委人事局 。1980年6月长清县人民政府成立后，县革委人事局改为县政府人事局。
