    10年来，以各级领导干部为重点，分期集中进行了马克思主义基本理论、建设
有中国特色社会主义理论、时事政治、经济管理、外经外贸等知识的培训。进行了
各种形式的岗位培训、 学历培训和专业知识培训。1986~1995年，共举办各类干部
培训班10期， 培训18350人次，其中参加政治理论培训8420人次，参加各类岗位培
训8479人次，大中专学历培训1451人次。
