    在“根除黄河水害、开发黄河水利”综合治理方针指引下，历城区积极利用黄
河水资源，发展工农业生产。1995年，新建大王庙引黄闸1座，解决了大桥、靳家、
桑梓店3乡镇生产、生活用水。另外，6处虹吸也为沿黄乡镇提供了生产、生活用水。
10年间，累计引水10738.68万立方米，灌溉了农田，改善了土壤条件。
