    1995年，全区20个乡镇全部设统计站，配备乡镇统计人员34名。1987年以来，
按照国家统计局对农村实行住户抽样调查的部署，在全区20个乡镇采用对称等距科
学抽样方法，861个行政村按5‰的比例抽取了8670户，作为农民家庭住户调查网点。
10年来，这套网点调查指标涉及到整个农村经济，农户的总收入、总支出、现金收
支、家庭经营、出售购买、粮食收支、居民储蓄等1433个指标，为统计工作提供了
大量有价值的资料。
