    民国11年（1922年），各乡林场公会、庄长、村民，查勘荒山，绘图依法承领，
建立家庭林场，全县有10多处。
    1978年实行联产承包责任制后，农民开始承包集体林木（果树）和荒山，与乡
镇村签订合同， 进行造林和营林。 1985年，全县有家庭林场1258处，经营面积达
18190亩。
