    1981年4月设立历城县公证处， 根据审查公证事项的真实性、合法性和公证人
员应遵循的回避、保密、便民的原则办理公证。当年办理民事公证26件，经济合同
公证14件， 按规定收取公证费411元。截止1985年，历城县公证处共办理各种公证
事项1211件，其中民事公证169件，经济合同公证1042件，按规定收取公证费16832
元。
