    该工程南起筐市街， 北至朝阳街，路宽12米，长810米。由于原有地下排水设施老化和地产开发建设对排水施构成较大损坏，雨季积水严重，通过重新埋设大口径排污管，改变了原来常遭水淹的局面。工程刨掘埋设直径300毫米陶土管800米，养护维修沥青路面5977米，投资62万元。工程于2000年3月20日开工，4月底竣工。
