    天桥区政府出台了出国（境）人员管理规定，对外贸易经济合作局按照上级的
指示精神和区政府的规定要求，加强了对全区各单位出国（境）考察、招商、培训
的管理工作。 近几年来，审办出国（境）团组26个，计120多人次，并办理了出国
护照和签证等有关手续，切实为走出国门，招商引资，宣传天桥，提高在世界上的
知名度创造了条件。（张继海）
