建设服务做文章，聘请知名专家对园区建设“包装”进行论证。先后拨出科技三项
经费219万元用于园区建设，   为药山工业开发区争取市级科技三项经费30万元。
2002年，药山工业开发区和北园民营经科园已审报了省级民营科技园区。（于学义）
