    全区各级工会大力开展了“基层工会建设年”达标、创建“明星工会”、模范
“职工之（小）家”系列活动。5年来，全区基层工会建设达标率96％。 11家单位
被评为区级“模范职工之家” ，4个班组被评为区级“模范职工小家”。区总工会
被评为2000、 2001年度省级先进单位，市级“十佳区（县）工会”。5年来，区及
各系统工会举办各类工会干部业务培训班16期，培训1300余人次。
