    行政机构  1978年8月成立区环境保护领导小组， 下设办公室。1979年12月设
环境保护办公室。1982年2月改为环境保护局。1989年有职工17人，其中经济师1人，
统计师1人，助理工程师1人，技术员5人，会计员1人。
    事业机构  1983年6月设区环境保护监测站， 为全民事业单位。1989年有工作
人员6名。配有监测车、静压平衡烟尘测试仪、COD速测仪、PHS-3C数字酸度计、分
光光度计、DDS-11A型电导仪、万分之一电光分析天平等34台(件)，价值3万余元。
