    解放后，辖区邮政陆续恢复函件、包裹、汇兑业务，新增报刊发行业务。1986、
1987年，先后增设邮政储蓄、有声信函、邮政快件业务。1988年4月1日，辛庄、纬
六路、 纬九路3个邮政支局开办国际函件快递业务。 是年， 辖区邮政年业务总量
119.84万元，比1985年增长31.62％。1989年经办信函(商业信函、有声信函) 、国
际函件快递、包裹、汇兑、储蓄、报刊、集邮等项目，年业务总量93.6万元。其中
出口函件3 54.7万件，包裹6.3万件，汇票9.5万张，邮政快件26.3万件，订阅报纸
1256.3万份，订阅杂志88.9万份。邮政储蓄余额212万元。邮政业务收入132.5万元。
