    1908年(清光绪三十四年)，辖区始设辛庄邮政分局。1921年，设有纬八路邮政
支局。1939年，山东省邮政管理局迁至经二路纬六路。1945年，交通部济南电信局
设于经四路纬九路；1946年，纬九路邮政支局设于此。解放后，邮政、电信机构几
经分合，营业机构、业务范围逐步扩大。1989年，辖区设有8处邮政机构，4处电信
机构。
