    解放前，城区粮行、磨坊（满州磨坊除外）及粮油市场均由私商把持。1919年，
建于经一路纬九路的满州磨坊（现济南面粉厂）为辖区最大的粮食企业。
1953年9月设立第六区粮食科。 同年11月，全区实行粮食统购统销，居民口粮计划
供应。 1956年1月成立济南市粮食局槐荫分局，业务由市粮食局管辖，党的组织关
系归区领导。1965年起，党政、业务关系由市粮食局统辖。1989年，辖区设粮油食
品店44个，全年实销粮油5862万公斤。
