    2000年9月， 市中区“148”法律协调指挥中心成立，现有人员3名。其职能是
解答群众法律咨询， 为困难群众排忧解难。2004年底，共接收群众来电咨询13268
人次。 接待群众来访8679人次，参与涉法信访案件498件。2001年，获得“济南市
市中区纠风建设示范窗口”称号，2002年1月，获得市司法局颁发的“148先进集体”
