    1997年11月26日，市中区信息网络方案论证会在济南大厦召开。会上由美奇达
通讯网络公司介绍了为市中区设计的办公自动化解决方案并进行了演示。 由8名专
家组成的专家委员会通过认真论证，认为该信息网络设计符合《济南市信息建设纲
要》的规范和要求，办公自动化的开发充分考虑到政府办公的特点，作到立足当前，
面向未来，对推动区政府机关实现办公自动化，提高工作效率，加强机关建设将起
到积极的促进作用。
