    济南首座人行过街天桥位于纬二路和经四路交叉口，大观园商场东北角，为钢
结构桥梁， 最大跨度41米，净空高5.5米，桥面宽4.5米，中心圆盘直径10米，呈x
型。 桥体构件场外加工，现场拼装，最大吊装吨位65吨，工程于1994年7月18日开
工，9月10日竣工。该桥由济南市电信广告信息公司投资488万元兴建，是济南市第
一个利用民间资金建设的市政基础设施。1998年该桥正式命名为大观桥。
