    1991—1997年区检察院负责对378名外执人犯的执行情况进行考察。   其中，
1991年23人，1992年29人，1993年58人，1994年56人，1995年60人，1996年72人，
1997年80人，协助公安机关落实了帮教措施，预防和减少了重新犯罪。对超期羁押
人犯问题，提出口头纠正违法意见50多次，督促公安、法院、反贪、起诉等部门加
快办案速度，抓紧处理。
