    1988年，区委加强通讯报导力量，成立三人专职报导小组，并配备了摄像、录
像器材，从而使通讯报导工作由原来的单纯文字稿件向文字、摄影、电视等多层次
发展。注重了通讯员队伍的建设，各党委均设置了专、兼职通讯员。1988年全区被
市级新闻单位采用稿件千篇以上， 被省以上新闻单位采用稿件150多篇，全区评选
出优秀通讯员34名。
