宅公房执行第6个租金标准（1987年颁布） 。收租办法非住宅公房采取银行划拔结
算方式，住宅公房由房管部门逐户登门收缴或通知住户到指定地点缴款办法；房管
系统职工住房租金实行单位统收。 全会租金总收入478万元，收租率达99．97％，
年清理欠租款达6．6万元。
