    经区委统战部积极组织筹备， 市中区台属联谊会于1988年5月28日召开成立大
会，与会代表48人。会议由区委统战部部长郭延兰主持，市委统战部、市对台办的
领导及区有关方面的领导参加了会议，会上选举王育栋任会长，王书兰、劳允焕任
副会长，理事11人。区侨联主席杨永执到会致了贺词。
