    区属商业源于50年代社会主义改造后的公私合营商业和个体商业。60年代街道
商业产生，70年代后期集市贸易恢复，80年代乡镇商业和劳动服务商业相继兴起，
使区属商业不断充实和发展。1990年，区属商业组成主要有区商业局系统直属商业、
街道商业、 个体商业、集市贸易商业、乡镇商业和劳动服务商业6个部分，有服务
网点3774个，从业人员13992人，年营业额3.20亿元，实现利润1533万元。
