    1986年，区政府发动驻区单位、群众进行荒山绿化，首先在凤凰山、双顶山、
大青山植侧柏3万株，绿化面积23.33公顷。1987年，在东八里洼东山、红庙腊山、
西十六里河、万灵山、营而大小官山、闫王鼻子山、钱家村南、西郭而老山阴坡、
康王顶西坡等地植树77.5万株，整地206.67公顷，1989年，在九曲、文庄一带山地
完成绿化面积46.67公顷。
