    1956年建院初期，办理一般监督案件18件19人。1978年重建检察院后，只对触
犯刑法、构成犯罪，又需要追究刑事责任的行为人才予立案。1982年前，院内法纪
检察无机构名称， 法纪、监所检察合署办公。1982年设法纪、监所检察科，配备2
名干部。1990年增至5人。1981～1983年立案5件7人，均为破坏邮电通讯案，免诉1
案1人，其余均作有罪判决。1987～1990年立案102件，其中玩忽职守案占81.3％。
