    解放初期，一轻工业有印刷、卷烟、火柴等几家小厂，由菏泽专署实业公司领导
。1957年2月，实业公司改设为工业局。1958年4月，工业局撤销，是年7月复设。19
60年5月工业局撤销，分设重工业局、轻工业局和机械工业局。轻工业局主管一轻、
二轻工业。1961年11月，轻工业局与重工业局、机械工业局合并为工业局。1962年6
月，工业局与交通局合并为工业交通局。1964年11月又分设为工业局和交通局。197
0年1月设立轻工业局，分管一轻、二轻工业。1975年7月分设第二轻工业局。1980年
2月轻工业局改为第一轻工业局。1984年3月第一、二轻工业局合并设立轻工业公司。
1984年5月又分设第一轻工业公司和第二轻工业公司。
