    1955年6月，设山东省手工业联社菏泽专区办事处，是区内最早的工业管理机构
。1957年2月，实业公司改为工业局。1958年4月撤销，是年7月复设，二轻工业属工
业局管理。1959年9月，菏泽专区手工业联社改为菏泽专区手工业管理局。1960年5月
设轻工业局。1966年5月至1968年3月，专署分管二轻工业的机构为手工业管理局。1
968年3月设立手工业管理局革命领导小组，1969年12月撤销，1970年1月设立轻工业
局。1975年7月设立第二轻工业局。1984年3月与第一轻工业局合并为轻工业公司。是
年5月又分设第二轻工业公司。
