    郓城县名吃之一，壮馍传说为水浒壮士所吃的馍，所以叫壮馍。壮馍看起来
色泽金黄， 吃起来外焦里嫩， 油而不腻，香酥可口。制作方法是：和好的面团
(不发酵)，用手拍拉成长条形，将馅抹在上面，折成卷状，然后拍扁成椭圆形，
放入平底锅中用油煎炸。其馅以羊肉（或牛肉）泥为主，配葱、姜等佐料。煎熟
后的壮馍外酥里嫩十分可口。
