    历史名吃，产于郓城县黄安。民间有“天上龙肉，地上驴肉”的谚语，以此
来形容驴肉之美。驴肉具有补气、补虚功能，是较为理想的保健食品之一。黄安
驴肉以吴家驴肉著称，距今几百年历史，运用特殊工艺，数十味药材，精心烹饪
而成，它色鲜味美，熟烂易嚼，吃起来有一种诱人食欲的特殊香味，久食不厌。
适于作酒肴、下饭莱。不仅畅销于县内，且远销周围县、市，颇负盛名。2005年，
黄安吴家驴肉被评为“山东省地方名吃”。
