    学校完善各项管理制度，建立了党政干部联系学生班级及专任教师联系学生
宿舍制度，强化了辅导员岗位职责，进一步密切与学生的交流与沟通，及时化解
学生中可能出现的问题，维护校园的安定团结，学生管理工作取得优异成绩。本
年度，学校有1名老师被评为“山东省优秀辅导员”，3个班级被评为“山东省学
生先进班集体” ，12名学生被评为“山东省优秀学生”，6名学生被评为“山东
省优秀学生干部”，188名学生被评为“山东省优秀毕业生”；8人获国家奖学金，
7人获山东省政府奖学金，334人获国家励志奖学金。
