    加强税收调查研究和政策分析，巩固现有税基，继续做好归类、估价、原产
地和减免税等工作，税收征管运行质量进一步提高。全年审批减免税货值2636.4
万美元， 减免关税1815.4万元，减免增值税490.4万元，分别增长2.6倍、4.1倍
和4.9倍；实现税收入库3.7亿元。进口应税前3位的商品是精练阴极铜、黄大豆、
1.3丁二烯，占全部税收总量的92％。
