    全年实际利用外资达到1.65亿美元，创历史新高。坚持由主要领导率团到境
外开展重大经贸活动，高层推动在招商工作中发挥了重要作用。各类经贸活动共
签约项目75个，其中，外资项目33个，总投资达65.3亿美元。“访千家外企促企
业增资” 活动成效显著。全年新批增资企业5家，实际到账外资8408万美元，占
全市实际到账外资的50%。
