    2012年， 三条主要河流出境断面COD、  NH3—N浓度均值分别为20.2mg/L、
0.776mg/L， 均达到了国家《重点流域水污染防治》中确定的水质目标和考核要
求。全市企业综合达标率 为99.2%，居全省第二位。水环境质量持续好转，已恢
复到上世纪八十年代中期的水平。2012年，全市空气二氧化硫、氮氧化物、PM10
平均浓度分别为0.055 mg/标立方米、0.044 mg/标立方米、0.179mg/标立方米。
与2011年相比， SO2、氮氧化物浓度均有所下降、PM10平均浓度略微上升，空气
整体质量有所好转。
