    巩固整规成果，对重点矿区坚持动态巡查，严厉打击违法违规行为。全市共
巡查350人次，查处非法开采行为22起，罚款35万元，关闭砖瓦窑厂133个，复垦
土地1.6万亩。 加大矿山企业年检力度，征收补偿费8256万元，征收面、年检率
达到100%。 矿产资源实现全覆盖登记，现有煤炭探矿权17个，采矿权5个，探明
储量110.71亿吨。全年煤炭产量1205万吨，龙固煤矿成为全市第一个国家级绿色
矿山。
