    树立稳定是第一责任的观念，与公安、法院等部门配合，依法严厉打击各类
严重刑事犯罪活动。全年共批捕各类刑事犯罪嫌疑人2079件3243人，起诉2352件
3667人， 其中批捕杀人、抢劫、强奸、绑架等严重暴力犯罪嫌疑人463人，起诉
452人； 批捕盗窃、抢夺、伤害等多发性犯罪嫌疑人1166人，起诉1229人。打击
了犯罪，维护了社会稳定，增强了人民群众的安全感。
