    2011年，全市加快建设金融市场，金融业取得长足发展。年末，全市各项存
款余额1323.3亿元，较年初增加233.5亿元，各项贷款余额877.1亿元，较年初增
加82.1亿元， 剔除核销及不良处置因素，实际比年初增加145.9亿元，有力支持
了实体经济发展和项目建设。 全市保险业保费收入累计42.41亿元，  同此增长
13.02%，各项赔款支出8.67亿元，在“保增长、保民生、保稳定”中发挥了积极
作用。证券业、村镇银行、股权投资基金、融资性担保公司和小额贷款公司也在
不断发展，现代金融体系得到进一步完善。
