    在全省率先实行了道路运输驾驶员诚信考核工作，分期分批对城区2400余名
出租车驾驶员进行了培训。 对城区公交站牌进行了更换， 城区新上了60辆新型
LNG环保节能公交车。 先后开展了打击非法营运、违规经营、超限超载运输等专
项活动， 交通运输市场秩序明显改善， 运力结构不断优化。全市营运车辆达到
51342辆，其中客车6289辆、货车45053辆。全年共完成公路客运量1.58亿人次，
公路客运周转量65亿人公里； 完成公路货运量2.76亿吨，公路货运周转量713亿
吨公里。
