    聘请专家、 教授对全市200多名持证导游员就旅游法规、菏泽市情和导游服
务等方面进行了为期一周的培训，增强了导游员的政治意识、敬业意识和服务意
识，对考试合格者办理了合格证。圆满完成了2011年全国导游资格考试的报名及
考试工作，严格考生报名、资格审查工作，组织了导游资格考试考前培训班。组
织参加省旅游局举办的全省休闲知识大赛， 有2名选手在决赛中取得优异成绩，
受到省旅游局的表彰。
