    2011年, 全市盐业系统坚持月通报、季审计、半年考核、全年统算制度，持
续强化预算管理，从管理细节入手，节能增效、节约挖潜，全市可控费用较去年
下降近80万元。全市累计实现销售收入9812万元，同比增加1557万元，实现利税
685万元，在增加职工收入近300万元，增加职工住房公积金88万元，偿还银行贷
款700万元， 处理以前年度损失69万元，补交上年土地使用税20万元的情况下，
全市实现利润96万元。
