    年初， 全市出现了200年一遇的严重干旱，菏泽黄河河务局加强涵闸运行管
理，实行24小时值班，严格按照调度指令引放黄河水。同时，组织成立了抗旱服
务队，利用泥浆泵、清水泵等为滩区群众浇地8940亩，有力的支援了地方抗旱。
全年累计引放黄河水13.36亿立方米， 其中非农业供水3023万立方米，为菏泽市
的工农业发展提供了保障，受到了地方政府的高度评价。
