    在全市范围内开展了《中华人民共和国渔业法》宣传活动，同时改善执法手
段，提高执法水平。对使用网目不合格渔具以及毒鱼、炸鱼、电鱼、污染渔业水
质等各类渔业违法行为进行严肃查处，保护了渔业资源，维护了生产秩序，保障
了渔民的权益。
