    渔情调查是省政府部署的一项专题重要工作，按照要求高质量地完成了各项
调查任务，并通过省海洋与渔业厅的检查验收。同时按照农业部、省海洋与渔业
厅的部署，进行了养殖证发放工作，制定了工作方案，先行试点，逐步推进，召
开多次座谈会和调度会， 8月，在东明县召开养殖证发放现场经验交流会。
