    1979年以前，经济案件均由民庭受理。1980年全区各级法院逐步设立了经济审判
庭。1981年12月，《经济合同法》公布后，诉诸法律解决的经济纠纷也越来越多，主
要受理购销、流通、承包、运输、加工承揽等案件中尚未构成犯罪的经济案件。到1
985年底，全区审判机关共受理初审经济纠纷案件5514起，审结5383起。
