    8月23日， 兰山区在义堂镇华夏社区举行了首家农村社区揭牌仪式。作为民
政部确定的首批全国农村社区建设试验县区，兰山区31个经济强村改建为农村社
区。首批农村社区成立以后，把社区概念引入农村，以城市理念完善公共设施，
改善人居环境，对于消除城乡差别，实现城乡一体化起到了推动作用。
