    年内投资1000万元，完成了百里健身长廊一期工程。在全市范围内全面启动
城乡体育设施规划建设， 按照县城建1处3000平方米的健身广场、 乡镇建设1处
2000平方米的健身广场、40％的村建有健身设施的标准，实施农民体育健身工程。
完成了河东、罗庄两个特色工程和全市12个县区200个农村工程的安装。至年底，
全市20％的村已经完成了健身设施的安装。
