    组织落实经济适用住房建设计划。 全市开工建设经济适用住房56.03万平方
米， 竣工45.73万平方米。建立了廉租住房制度。市区享受廉租住房保障的家庭
累计达98户，发放租赁补贴15万元。督促指导各县建立了廉租住房制度，落实了
补贴资金。按照有关规定和程序，扎实做好房改收尾工作。出售公有住房478套，
办理集资合作建房465套。
