    全市盐行业增强服务意识，提高服务质量，健全服务监督机制，完善服务承
诺制。制定了《碘盐配送服务实施细则》，开展送盐进厂、进村、进店、进户的
“四进”活动，将食盐直接配送到村级零售点。实行“服务联系点”制度，盐业
管理人员每人确定1～2个食盐专营零售点或用盐企业，进行不定期走访。市盐务
局设立了服务督察室，对全市的零售网点、用盐单位和各县区设立的服务联系点
不定期地进行回访、征求意见，为其提供指导和服务。
