    3月15日， 市委、市政府召开了全市民营经济工作总结表彰大会，对做出突
出贡献的240个先进单位进行表彰， 调动了各级发展民营经济的积极性，营造了
大力发展民营经济的良好氛围。加强《山东省中小企业促进条例》的宣传贯彻工
作，制定下发了具体的实施意见，使《条例》深入基层、深入企业。各级扶持民
营经济发展的政策法规日趋完善，民营经济发展环境明显改善。
